Last updated: 27 October 2026

This page explains what data we collect when you contact us through the website, what we do with it, and how you can see or delete it.

Who processes your data

The data controller is Denislav Angelov, BULSTAT 181596598, Devnya 3 quarter, block 3, entrance A, apt. 15, 9160 Devnya, Bulgaria. You can reach us at [email protected] or on +359 896 203 853.

What data we collect

When you fill in a form on the website, we collect what you write to us:

  • your name;
  • your phone number or email;
  • a website address, if you want us to review it;
  • your trade, your town, and the plan or package you are interested in;
  • your message.

With the enquiry we also store your IP address and browser, the page you wrote from, and how you came to the website (for example from an ad). This helps us stop spam and know which ads work.

Why we process it

  • To answer your enquiry and send you a quote. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To protect the website from spam and abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f).
  • If we sign a contract, for invoices and accounting. The legal basis is a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c).

How long we keep it

  • An enquiry that did not lead to work together: up to 24 months after our last contact, then we delete it.
  • If we work together: for as long as the contract runs, and accounting records for as long as the Bulgarian Accountancy Act requires.
  • Spam and abuse: deleted as soon as we spot it.

Who else can access it

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. To run the website, we use these providers:

  • Hetzner Online GmbH: the server that hosts the website and the database, in Finland (EU).
  • Cloudflare, Inc.: the network the website runs through, spam protection (Turnstile) and visitor statistics. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the safeguards GDPR requires.
  • Google (Gmail): the mailbox where we receive a notification of each enquiry.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a file. Email us at [email protected] and we will reply within one month.

If you believe we are breaching your rights, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).

Cookies

We only use the cookies the website cannot work without. The details are in the cookie policy.
