The brief
Internationals in the Netherlands get lost in mortgages, tax and health insurance in Dutch. We wanted a place where they understand what is coming and, if they need help, reach the right adviser.
What we built
We built a site with practical guides, six calculators and a request system. People fill in a short form, up to three advisers receive the request, and they see the advisers' names before they agree.
What it includes
- Guides on mortgages, tax, insurance and moving
- Six calculators: net salary, maximum mortgage, the 30% ruling and more
- Requests to at most three vetted advisers
- Mortgage advisers are registered with the AFM
- House price comparison across 10 cities
