How do you show cleaning in photos?
Before and after photos work very well, especially for after-builders cleans, upholstery and windows. Phone photos are enough, as long as you ask the customer first.
Most of our customers are regulars. Do we need a website?
Regular customers do not last forever: people move house and change offices. The website brings in new ones when someone drops off, and happy customers can easily send the link to a friend.
